Customer Success Manager (Product Owner E-Commerce)

Code is a high-end e-commerce agency with Shopify at its core. Our teams design, develop and optimize our clients' most critical business tool: their e-commerce platform. We not only help brands launch a high-performing Shopify webshop, but we also translate our work into an impressive conversion rate, using growth tactics and tools like Klaviyo.
Brands we work with include Stoov, Intersport, Alpinestars, BOSKA, Mercer Amsterdam and Rosefield.

We're a team of 55 developers, project- and customer success managers, e-commerce consultants and marketers with a shared passion: e-commerce. We are remote-friendly and spread out across our three offices in Delft, Amsterdam and Berlin. With 16 different nationalities and over 40% women, we are a diverse team. We love our warm-hearted culture and daily lunches; being social is deeply rooted in our work culture. We have created a great place to work for our Coders and we constantly strive for a healthy work-life balance.

But enough about us - we want to know more about you!

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Code, you take on the role of Product Owner. This means you are responsible for the product we deliver and represent the customer internally throughout the development process. You ensure that the customer’s goals are clearly understood and realized, and make their vision tangible for the internal teams. With both a strategic and operational focus, you ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the right quality.

When a new customer is introduced through New Business, you step in and take charge of the project. Together with New Business, you create a proposal aligned with the customer’s goals and expectations. From there, you translate these goals into a clear roadmap, which you align with internal teams. Throughout the entire process, you are the customer’s main point of contact, ensuring their priorities remain at the forefront.
