Project Manager E-Commerce

Code is a high-end e-commerce agency with Shopify at its core. Being a Coder means you are at the forefront of designing, developing and optimizing online stores for ambitious brands like Stoov, Intersport, Alpinestars, BOSKA, Mercer Amsterdam and Rosefield.

About the role

As a project manager at Code, you work with your development team on various projects with customers. You are in control of planning and budgets and you like to meet or better yet exceed customer expectations. As a team, you deliver the most complex and high-end Shopify (Plus) stores that you continue developing. Work you are proud of!

Together with your team, the Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer, you deliver maximum value for your customers. You are the pivot, the connector and the link, the person who oversees and controls the entire project.

Thanks to your Agile mindset and E-Commerce/IT experience, you can think flexibly about changing customer wishes during the project and ensure that the developers are included and challenged. You can effortlessly guide the customer to the best solution based on our expertise.

You know your team members' strengths and your customers' needs. As a manager, you know how to combine these two worlds and thus achieve the best possible results. Finally, you share your lessons with fellow PMs and work closely with them and our COO to optimize operational processes.

About you:

You:

You have at least three years of experience in a digital project management role.
You have experience with agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
You have managerial experience.
You have an affinity with e-commerce and knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify is an advantage) or other content management systems.
You know better than anyone how to deliver a project within budget, within scope and time and to your satisfaction.
You understand the technology behind the digital solutions that we devise and realize and speak the language of developers and designers.
You identify commercial opportunities with the customer and ensure that our Customer Success Managers follow these up.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German & Dutch are an advantage).
You are available at least 32 hours per week.
